PJ Pants Upcycled Into a Bib

This is probably one of the simplest projects I have ever done! You just used your favorite style of bib and an old pair of pj pants (or a shirt) to create a bib for your baby.

Turn the pj pants inside out and lay your favorite bib on top of them, then just trace around the bib.

Pin the two sides of the pants together.

Cut out your bib shape, leaving a bit of space outside of your outline for your hem.

Then sew on your outline, leaving a gap open on one side to turn the bib inside out.

Turn the bib inside out (with the inside being the actual correct side), and then sew around the edges with about a 1/4" hem.

The last thing to do is to add your closure! I used velcro, just like the original Bumkins bib that I used for my template.

Once the velcro is on, you have a cute bib for your adorable model!!!
